Job description

Sundoves Cleaning Co. is hiring full and part-time house cleaners in the Snohomish County area (we currently service Marysville, Lake Stevens, Arlington, Stanwood, Everett, Bothell and nearby cities).

We are hiring individual cleaners as well as small teams too!

We're a locally owned company that pays well and respects your time. Here's what you can expect:

  • Pay range: $500 - $1,700 per week, depending on your schedule

When you work with Sundoves, you set your schedule. Only want to work 3 days per week? Perfect! Want to work every day and get full-time hours? Also perfect! We'll work with you to make sure you're happy and making great money on your own time.

As you consistently deliver great work, clients will start requesting you by name on a recurring basis. Most of our top cleaners build a steady book of repeat clients they already know, which means fewer surprises, faster jobs, and higher tips.

Sundoves does NOT provide cleaning supplies or equipment. However, we handle all advertising, scheduling, estimates, customer service, and billing, so you can focus on just your work. This is a 1099 independent contractor role where you'll be expected to work independently.

We're looking for A-level cleaners to join our team. We want the best of the best, with a clear focus on detail. To be part of our team, you MUST consistently show up on time, communicate well, and be exceedingly respectful to our customers.

Already have your own clients? That's fine! We'll help you get even more. Have another person you currently clean with? That's fine, too! We'll schedule you for jobs together.

Start date: ASAP

Who are we looking for?

  • Someone dependable and punctual who takes commitments seriously
  • Someone with a GREAT eye for detail and a genuine desire to impress customers
  • Someone who can manage their time effectively and work independently

Duties:

  • Routine, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings for residential homes
  • Sweeping, mopping, dusting
  • Vacuuming, cleaning glass, wiping down surfaces, etc.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of paid residential cleaning experience (REQUIRED)
  • Conversational English and good communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and your own cleaning supplies/equipment
  • Your own general liability insurance (or willingness to obtain it before your first job, typically $30-$40/month)
  • Willingness to complete a background screening
